This is a collection of recipes included in the project „incredible edible“ as well as additional recipes, tipps and tricks for avoiding food waste, some information on food waste itself and initiatives happening in Vienna.

The idea of this project was not to create new recipes but rather try to convey the amount of existing recipes to the consumer and allow access. Credit to all of the used recipes, tipps and tricks goes to their creators.
